Saira Prince, a junior at Williams Field High, won her preliminary heats in both the Division 2 girls 100-meter hurdles and 300-meter hurdles at the Arizona State Championships at Mesa Community College. Prince ran a wind-legal 13.73 seconds in the 100 hurdles to elevate to No. 3 in Arizona prep history and clocked a personal-best 42.38 seconds in the 300 hurdles to ascend to No. 5 all-time among Arizona Division 2 competitors.
